• Northern Ireland
• Channel Islands
• Any other offshore or remote UK territories

Free shipping is not available for orders being delivered to the following regions and postcode areas, which are considered outside the UK Mainland for courier purposes:

Scottish Highlands & Islands

• AB (Aberdeen) — AB31 to AB56
• IV (Inverness) — All IV postcodes
• KW (Kirkwall) — All KW postcodes
• PA (Paisley) — PA20 to PA78
• PH (Perth) — PH17 to PH50
• HS (Outer Hebrides) — All HS postcodes
• ZE (Shetland) — All ZE postcodes
• KA — KA27, KA28
• FK — FK17 to FK21
• G — G83

Other Excluded Areas

• Isle of Man — IM postcodes
• Isle of Wight — PO30 to PO41
• Channel Islands — GY and JE postcodes
• Northern Ireland — BT postcodes
• Scilly Isles — TR21 to TR25

If your delivery postcode falls within one of these areas, free shipping will not apply. Shipping charges will be calculated during checkout based on location and package size.

3. Definition of UK Mainland

For the purposes of this offer, “UK Mainland” refers to areas of Great Britain that are accessible by road and are not subject to additional courier surcharges due to remoteness or ferry transport. This typically includes England, Wales, and parts of southern and central Scotland.

4. Delivery Times

Orders qualifying for free shipping will be dispatched using our standard delivery service. Estimated delivery time is typically 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch, but this may vary depending on product availability and courier capacity.
